Happy Valentine's Day, Friends! Hope it is filled with love and fun for you all.
I wanted to share with you the gift I came up with for my handsome husband. This year, unfortunately, I did not plan well. I actually didn't even think about Valentine's Day until Monday. This Monday. Three days ago. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but since I just had a baby (by C-Section) a week ago yesterday I'm still in some pain and definitely cannot drive. Sooo, this caused a dilemma. What to do, what to do??
I did some Pinterest research, and thanks to my awesome Mama (Who has been taking care of me and my two big boys this week!) she ran to the store to pick up a few things.
I wanted this gift to be thoughtful and fun, and inexpensive since I didn't plan very well this time around! ;) Here's what I came up with...

A basket of goodies...
It was actually very helpful that we just had a baby because I already had a little basket to put everything in. :) I made a list of some of his favorite snacks, and came up with funny little sayings to put on each thing. He also loves sunflower seeds and Raisinets, but I couldn't come up with anything for those so I just put them in the back of the basket!
I also included a deck of cards with "52 Things I Love About You". I had a lot of fun coming up with these things, and also remembered just how much I love my husband. This is a fun exercise to do, even if it isn't Valentine's Day... to remember all of the reasons why your husband is just so great! :) (Seriously. I have the best husband EVER. He works hard, plays with our kids, loves me well... He's just awesome. And I'm super thankful that he's my forever Valentine!)
Anyway, here's some pics of the goodies...
