So, my big sister got married this past weekend! It was a lot of fun...
A lot of the time leading up to the wedding, I was really sad that I couldn't help more than I did because 'Lil Man was just born, and getting used to life with 3 kids and recovering from the C-Section did not allow me to be super helpful. I love weddings. I love creating things. I love organizing. This was right up my alley... So, I was a little sad.
But, none of that really matters. The wedding happened, and it was beautiful. Simple. Country. Family. We all wore cowboy boots and frilly skirts, which was super fun! My sister was beautiful. And I didn't even cry and ruin all my makeup. (Seriously, I realized as she was walking down the aisle that I had no tissues, and was starting to worry about that!!!) But, the wedding was wonderful! And, now I have a new brotha! :) Look at them... aren't they cute?! (Disclosure: I totally stole this picture off of Facebook... bc as a bridesmaid, I obviously did not have a camera to capture these moments. Actually, I didn't get any pictures at the wedding because I had a crying baby for most of the reception. It was a little stressful, so I can't wait to see all of the pictures from the photographer!)
Another great thing I got out of the day was a family picture!!!! Granted, it's not the best family picture ever... Micaiah kinda has a goofy grin... Colton isn't looking at the camera... Elijah is just kinda layin' there (Obviously!)... But, hey we're all in it! No one is screaming, and no one has their eyes closed! So, I'm calling it a win! :)
